Working in procurement- day to day role includes creating and signing contracts, negotiating with suppliers, speaking to business stakeholders and contributing during team meetings etc.
Yes I have become much more confident in communicating with people from all sorts of backgrounds and experience. I have also been given opportunity to develop my negotiation skills.
