    • Yes, my knowledge has developed by carrying out courses such as food safety and haccp level 3

    • I really enjoy it, the modules have great content and I learn a lot doing research for assignments

    • Really well, once a week study lesson on a Monday, only thing I would say is more on campus time would be beneficial

    • My manager Jenny Harvey is really supportive and allows me the time I need

    • A lot, there is always a tutor to raise any concerns or ask questions
