    • I have mainly developed existing skills such as communicational skills however i can now use a wide range of mhe

    • The work is not enjoyable most of the time however I get on well with my team

    • When I do something well I get praised but overall i do not feel very valued at all.

    • The induction was very good but it did not live up to the standards, promises were not kept and the training has been all physical lifting with very little learning.

    • we currently do not have one as they were sacked.
