I have mainly developed existing skills such as communicational skills however i can now use a wide range of mhe
The work is not enjoyable most of the time however I get on well with my team
When I do something well I get praised but overall i do not feel very valued at all.
The induction was very good but it did not live up to the standards, promises were not kept and the training has been all physical lifting with very little learning.
we currently do not have one as they were sacked.
I feel well supported in work by my work mates
