I work in the Employee Relations and Policy team. My role requires me to advice on employment legislation, employee relations and policy. I work closely with Trade Unions and senior stakeholders in the organisation. Part of my role is to manage people elements of business projects.
Yes, I have developed my knowledge and appreciation of the wider business context. The broad range of subjects benefit me in all aspects of my role.
I enjoy this programme and think it's a good blend of distance / face to face learning. I also feel supported by my skills coaches.
