I have the opportunity to attend various development sessions during my apprenticeship which has helped me to develop professional skills which has helped me in my role.

The knowledge, skills and behaviours I have learnt and developed through my apprenticeship has really helped me in my role and I am able to apply my learning in my role.

Yes there are different employee resource groups, networking, volunteering and well being initiatives.
