Oversee all activities within a Lloyds branch to ensure seamless customer service for our local community
During the apprenticeship I have honed my analysis skills, my reading skills and my ability to interpret data.
I very much enjoy my program as I have the freedom to study once a week from home, to learn on the job and to further my education.
Structure is well organised as my tutor and line manager are in sync with me.
I receive a lot of support from my employer as I receive one day a week to study off the job.
I receive a lot of support from my provider Kaplan with resources, a tutor and any support I require from them
My role is based on data, about customers and products and so this program helps me to interpret and manipulate this data, to perform better for our colleagues.
Yes, within LBG are a host of professional networking events. Furthermore I am a part of the SIKH network and so we host events regularly.
