I am a customer and stakeholder apprentice who communicates and liaise with my companies stakeholders. My role involves creating and sharing content, such as case studies, spreadsheets, presentations, info graphics and more.
My understanding of Microsoft softwares has improved a lot. These include Word, PowerPoint and Excel. I have also had the opportunity to learn how to use Adobe softwares such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. My communication skills through verbal and written has also improved since the start of my apprenticeship.
My employer is very supportive and I can reach out towards many people if I need any assistance with any task.
