As as civil engineer site base by roles are: -Checking quality onsite - Setting out onsite if required - Leading HSE meetings -Ensuring the job is built to the clients specification
Yes i have learnt a lot on the apprenticeship. My knowledge of the industry and practical skills have massively improved over the past 3 years.
I am enjoying the programme so far i would be keen to learn more setting out skills and gain more experience in this area.
Well organised, i believed the pay rises should be based of performance and not just teh same as everyone else which may be under performing.
As much support as i require
Nottingham Trent University ca provide support if needed. I believe the Pebble pad system which involves recording the of the job training in not and efficient use of time with very minimal gain.
I don't believe the qualification I am gaining at university is very relevant to my current role but may be in future projects.
