• developing organisation and communication skills through my day to day core tasks • registered onto excel and powerpoint courses
• i find the work enjoyable • i am able to work well with my team and other collegues outside my team as they treat me equally and and are very friendly • the attitudes between all collegues seem to be formal yet relaxed which makes work more pleasant.
• manager always shows appreciation towards the effort i put into my work and values my contribution to the team.
• my induction was well paced as to not overwhelm me and i was given constant support • i am given many opportunities for training • the tasks i recieve are varied and i am given enough time to complete them; if struggling there is always support available
