    • As a team leader I have a role within management. Assisting the manager and assistant manager with necessary tasks and also completing tasks that sales assistants can’t complete

    • I have grown my confidence with sales and learnt lots of specific jobs related to to the brand with stock takes and cash ups

    • I really enjoy my programme as it has given me in depth information to my job role. It also teaches me basic life skills when in the working environment also

    • The programme is well structured. I appreciate the monthly visits from my assessor and the support I receive outside of these visits

    • My employer is good with the support however I find it difficult sometimes to get my hours training in during working hours

    • A lot of support is recieved.

    • It has given me extra information that other team leaders done complete it also makes me think about my personal goals and outlook towards my job role

    • It is an excellent environment to work in. The team all enjoy the job roles and it’s perfect for anyone who has an interest in make up

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Superdrug?

    • To just be yourself and take interest in the products you are selling. As this will help you when recommending products to customers
