Scheduling jobs and workload for the operatives and ensuring they have everything they need to complete the tasks allocated to them.

Balfour Beatty offers extensive training and opportunity for development. Even though I am new to the role I have already began developing skills key to becoming a success in the industry.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience thus far and am looking forward to the future.

The E-Learning is well structured and in depth. The on-the-job learning is fast paced.

Complete support has been offered by Balfour Beatty as well as offering flexibility to work around my personal life.

I haven't started with the training provider yet.

The training I will receive will be suitable to assist me in my role as a site supervisor

Balfour Beatty is committed to community support/outreach days offering a service to the local community. It also allows it's staff to embark on multiple extra curricular activities as team building exercises.
