  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I would say one of the main soft skills I have developed over my apprenticeship journey would be my confidence. Being blessed with managers who took me under their wing and have helped me grow to my full potential has been bliss. Work wise, my MS Excel skills have really been developed as I learn to use it more and more!

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would 100% recommend MBDA to anyone thinking of applying. The vast amount of development opportunities available to apprentices is great, and it is clear the company really care for those on the Early Careers Programme. I could not imagine working at any other company; the flexibility, the career opportunities and the chances to travel have all made me so grateful to be an MBDA employee.

  • Research the company thoroughly to make sure it is the right match for you. Working in Defence can be difficult at times, but by staying true to yourself and having a passion to do well makes it all the more easier!
