Yes, I have gone from being a school leaver who turned 18 in covid to being a senior auditor leading jobs and almost ACA qualified.
I like that there are lot's of people around my age on training contracts and it's sociable.
We do a lot of training so it's hard to keep track of all of it.
I get a lot of support, mostly from the people in my office such as my manager.
The training provider is decent.
Yes, the technical knowledge is very useful in my role.
We do a lot of social activites and I am part of the social committee and christian union. I go to networking events and volunteer with young enterprise. A very sociable office!

We are friendly and fun. It ca be hard work but you get a lot from it.
