Practice as an auditor for industry and commerce. I perform the work of a graduate auditor. I work on various clients. Then study on the side.
Learnt many new skills, e.g: excel, performing audit tests, acting with professional behaviour and learning how to prioritise Developed existing: working face-to face with clients, typing, excel etc
I enjoy the programme tremendously as it challenges me mentally and physically. I like the people I work with and the social life that the company entails.
Taking into my account my currant position, I believe that Mazars LLP values me as an employee. People a lot more senior than me value my opinion and include me in decision making.
I believe that the school leaver program is still very new. it lacks structure. People are little informed about the program, thus, it may be difficult to find the right person to talk to. I believe my managers are not so well informed on what the program entails.
The training provider started off being very unsupportive. We only received are assignments half way through the course. However, my assessor has been replaced with a very supportive woman. I believe it is chance of who you are placed in contact with.
A good level of support is received from the employer for exams. However, less so for the assignments. I believe there is usually a good amount of support on jobs, but it totally depends on which senior you work with.
Very badly. I believe this salary would be appropriate for someone who doesn't pay rent. Once I have paid all my costs, I am left with about £100 to spare a month. This means that I am not able to go on holidays or go out. I do like my job but I find the salary extremely demotivating. However, I do take into consideration the amount spent on my training.
There are social events provided by the company which are nice to meet people you work with. However, there are little clubs.
Yes
I believe the company provides a great deal of support and good training. It is an enjoyable place to work.
Be yourself at the interview as Mazars choses people based on personal as well as attributes.
