I developed my project and time management skills and learn a wealth of project management specific terms, tools and methodology. I improved communication skills and collaboration skills through interactive learning sessions and regular assessments.
I have learned skills that are completely transferrable to my job, helping me to work more effectively and improve my productivity. I am more confident in my job and have built a network of like-minded people across different areas of work whom I may not have otherwise connected with. I feel more confident in working with C-level executives in customer organisations and managing a team of resources to successfully close a sales cycle.
The programme is very well structured with regular monthly classroom sessions and a series of 1:1 coaching sessions. The course as a whole was broken down with key milestones flagged so as to ensure the additional workload was manageable and would interfere with daily tasks and responsibilities.
The course is fully funded by SAP which is absolutely fantastic. My manager approved my enrolment and was involved throughout the course with regular catch ups with the coach and myself to review progress and be available to offer additional support if required.
Asides from monthly 1:1 sessions with your coach. Coaches are on hand and available whenever support is required. There is also a wealth of online videos, tutorials and interactive sessions to further deepen knowledge and reinforce topics covered during classroom sessions. There are also sessions and content available to prepare for exams.
I am more proficient in my every day tasks saving time and feeling more accomplished and productive. I have developed and learned new skills allowing me to broaden my horizons and pick up new responsibilities. I have expanded my network within SAP and improved collaboration skills .
