Daily I will be part of a team maintaining live aircraft.
Many new skills and knowledge being learnt.
I have really enjoyed the apprenticeship. The first year contains exams and accessed practical work and the second year is on an RAF base working on the live aircraft as part of a team.
It can be difficult understanding what jobs are required to be able to progress through the second year of the apprenticeship to gather enough evidence. However there is an accessor to help with this. The first year is structured well.
There is the line manager and accessors which can be spoken with to gain any more information required.
Yes
It is a great company to work for.
