Everyday is different as the project moves forward, but it is a lot of working on survey equipment, working on the computer on programmes such as AutoCAD and checking paperwork. I also go out on site checking accuracy and if the things get done.
I am a totally new apprentice that has never been on site before so everything is either brand new or very new to me.
I enjoy it a lot as I mentioned everything is new so it gives me a sense of exploring which is great. Everyday is different as well making it a lot more enjoyable.
My programme is very organised with lots of meetings occurring making sure I am meeting my goals.
I receive lots of support from my colleges making sure I understand task as well as my manager making sure I am on task and everything is okay. The employer also hosts meeting 1:1 ensuring I am on task and hitting my goals.
Lots, monthly meetings 1:1 ensuring I am meeting these goals and getting what I need in my qualifications.
I helps me stay on task and focused on what I need to do to carry on becoming a better engineer. It also helps me via wanting to try new things and asking questions.
Yes there are many. Social activities happen monthly with different teams, there are weekly football games and many more. If anything pops up it is mentioned in the company WhatsApp.

It’s a company which is international with lots of opportunities and different roles which you can definitely get interested in. It drives you forward to perform better and hit different goals as well as improve in yourself in becoming healthier for example mental health. The layout between education and work is very good and payments are good.
Hit the target grades that you need, be yourself and express yourself on the induction day, nothing to be shy/embarrassed about. They look at different aspect of you not just your grades/achievements as they want someone who will strive in the company and supply a good atmosphere to be around.
