  • 9a. Would you recommend NatWest to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Their efforts for inclusivity and community across the bank is really inspiring . I love how I can walk in and get to know just about anyone there

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Just be yourself ad be confident. I was extremely nervous during y interview but they were completely understanding and looked towards my words and knowledge to do with HTML that I already had. Once got over the initial nerves I managed to talk more comfortably and I believe that was mostly due to the fact that my interviewer's (who would then go on to be my team members) were extremely friendly and forgiving.
