  • Developed existing skills, as I was employed at BCP prior to starting this apprenticship. I have learnt how to improve my practice and communication.

  • The programme has been varied and interesting. The assignments set, encourage thought and reflection.

  • The programme is well structured and organised and I know what the expectations are.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive support from my line manager as required. I have not required additional support, but I know my line manager will support me with whatever I need.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have had a really good experience with my provider Paragon. I have been supported from the enrolment and have regular support from my tutor. My Tutor is supportive and encouraging and understands that I sometimes have to prioritise my work due to the nature of my role.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think the programme has encouraged me to reflect on my practice and be more mindful of how I communicate. I am sure it will continue to improve my development as I work through the units.

  • No.
