Developed existing skills, as I was employed at BCP prior to starting this apprenticship. I have learnt how to improve my practice and communication.
The programme has been varied and interesting. The assignments set, encourage thought and reflection.
The programme is well structured and organised and I know what the expectations are.
I receive support from my line manager as required. I have not required additional support, but I know my line manager will support me with whatever I need.
I have had a really good experience with my provider Paragon. I have been supported from the enrolment and have regular support from my tutor. My Tutor is supportive and encouraging and understands that I sometimes have to prioritise my work due to the nature of my role.
I think the programme has encouraged me to reflect on my practice and be more mindful of how I communicate. I am sure it will continue to improve my development as I work through the units.
