This programme has made me a lot more confident amd made me feel I can do things that I thought i couldn't do. The two best part of my program which I enjoy are: . Doing the deliveries . Communicating with the customers.
I feel that the programme is well organised because I know every month what work I have to complete and I know that I am in a good satge to complete this programme on time.
My employers are there always to help me when I need help or need advice, they also have access to the apprenticeship team which makes sure that I am getting the right training.
I feel like I recieve great support from my training provider because she always makes sure I know what my next tasks are for the month and is always there when i need help or support on a question.
Having the knowledge and the help I recieive allows me to grow in confidence and show my skills on a day to day basis.
The staff often put together events for charity e.g. this year we put together a raffle where the customers can win a hamper and the money from that raffl will go to helping children getting better teeth. We also enjoy going out for meals at Christmas time and we also went out bowling as well.
