  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • In my day-to-day role, I spend my time supporting colleagues on their current projects, design emails, chat with my team and keep up to date on their workload. I speak with different people in differing teams in the organisation as well as completing my university work on a Friday.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to use a multitude of different systems, learnt how to professionally communicate. I now know how to connect with different audiences and conduct market research to understand the needs of my audiences.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme very much. I thoroughly enjoy the flexibility of my work and the workload is manageable. My colleagues are all very friendly and super supportive.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The university work is very well organised and very easy to navigate. My tutor is super responsive and clearly very eager to help me and I can tell she has my best interests at heart. My workload is as organised as it can be.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a sufficient amount of support from my employer. They ensure that I am presented with multiple opportunities every few months and this allows me to get involved in different projects and speak to individuals I may not have spoken with or worked with otherwise.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive lots of support through my tutor. She is very eager to help me learn and complete my tasks to the best of my abilities.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I believe that this thoroughly depends on the current project I am working on. Occasionally the content I study at university can link to the content I produce at work - but this is not always a guarantee.

  • There are a few activities that are in the making at the moment. I am not currently and actively involved in any personally.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • If they are interested in the industry or have found a particular role within Pfizer that interests them, I would recommend it. Pfizer is a great company to work for, with their values being held strong with their concept of flexibility and trust in their employees.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Pfizer?
  • Understand Pfizer's values and find examples of times and experiences in which you have shown these values. Ensure that you feel confident in your ability to complete tasks that can and will be given to you and do not be afraid to showcase your past experiences that will make you a good fit for the role you have applied for.
