    • My role is a site engineer, so I look after works currently happening on site, setting out for the works, preparing works information before the works start and completing quality checks during and after the works are completed.

    • I learn or develop my skills every day when i come into work.

    • I enjoy the programme, its great being able to study along side working.

    • Very well organised.

    • Lots of support i feel i can speak to anyone at work.

    • Lots of support if i need revision days there is no hesitation from my employer.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • With how broad the degree is obviously I'm not going to use everything i learn at university for my roles, but there's a lot of context I can relate to site experience.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • Yep lots of social activities, just last summer i was part of a tag rugby team.

    • Great business to work for, everyone is very supporting and always open to answer any queries.

    • Be ourself and don't be scared of putting yourself forward to new experiences.
