My role is a site engineer, so I look after works currently happening on site, setting out for the works, preparing works information before the works start and completing quality checks during and after the works are completed.
I learn or develop my skills every day when i come into work.
I enjoy the programme, its great being able to study along side working.
Very well organised.
Lots of support i feel i can speak to anyone at work.
Lots of support if i need revision days there is no hesitation from my employer.
With how broad the degree is obviously I'm not going to use everything i learn at university for my roles, but there's a lot of context I can relate to site experience.
Yep lots of social activities, just last summer i was part of a tag rugby team.
Yes
Great business to work for, everyone is very supporting and always open to answer any queries.
Be ourself and don't be scared of putting yourself forward to new experiences.
