i shadow engineers and have plenty of options and chances to further develop my skills and knowledge.
yes! i have learned about controllers that i did not know existed.
I really enjoy the programme, i am very excited to see what the future brings
it is very well organized and structured, we know the full 3 year plan from day 1
A LOT! i have always got someone to talk to management level, anything i need or i do not understand, they try their best to guide me in the right direction.
i receive help from my training provider, we have 1-1s every couple of months, we are always encouraged to ask questions.
I think that they are both working in parallels to each other, 1 is practical based and the other is theory based training therefore you can use both experiences in each ways.
