I work in the business profile review team and assist customers over the phone with their reviews. I range from talking them through logging in to walking them through the review, to advising why their documents have been rejected
I have managed to develop my computer skills and have learnt to navigate our systems. I have also developed my customer service skills and everything involved with talking to customers
I enjoy the flexibility of my role and how different most queries tend to be from each other. I enjoy being able to work from home most of the week
Everything that I need is readily available to me and even when I have another question I am able to reach out to my coach for some assistance.
Support is always around when I need it and even if I'm working from home, I can still reach out to some of my colleagues for assistance
There are webinars and pre session materials that we can work through to gain a better understanding of the task. If I am still confused I can just reach out to my coach.
It helps me gain a better understanding of my role and what I need to do to succeed.
