I am on a rotation of the varied PMO job roles including Risk, Change and Reporting. Currently I am helping with the reporting aspect so spend time on excel formatting and creating project reports, both weekly and monthly.
I have improved on my excel skills significantly.
I very much enjoy the structure of my programme and like how the cohort is large and all 'in the same boat'.
It is very well organised however I would say the opportunities are not well advertised.
Mace is very good at giving us support in all aspects of the business.
They do give support however I would say the training provider itself has many lecturers that are not the best at explaining various topics and telling us where to go for further help.
I would say it helps extensively as it is directly related to my role.
I enjoy any social activity.
Yes
Mace is a great place to work for various reasons but the overall positive is the extense of various sectors and projects to be involved in.
