The business administrator apprenticeship includes invoicing and taxing, liaising with lease companies and end user, vehicle availability in line with customer requests, arranging vehicle deliveries, preparing and completing all relevant paperwork ensuring a smooth process for the delivery of all customer vehicles takes place.
I have developed many skills so far including time keeping and work rate. I am moulding in to higher workloads which require me to manage my time to get all tasks done. LSP training has also added to both existing and my new knowledge to factors that happen outside of the organisation.
I am really enjoying the apprenticeship programme so far. I have been able to fit in really well with my team alongisde developing strong relationships, both personally and constructively. I feel the training I am being provided with is exceptional and can only benefit me throughout the programme.
The programme is structured really well. Dates are given well in advance for progress reviews, workshops etc. I can reach out to my tutor through email should I need his help anytime. Alongside clear information where else to go if further support is needed. I feel I am being allocated the correct amount of time to dedicate towards coursework completion.
My employer offers me great support. Monthly 1to1 sessions give me the chance to air any concerns or any areas which I feel I need support in. Also, twice weekly we have catch up meetings with the whole team to see where we are up to date with duties and is a great time to air any concerns. I feel I am supported exceptionally well by both my employer and LSP.
I feel the volumes of support i receive from my training provider are amazing. I am given clear information whether this is when completing assignments and when they are to be completed by, dates of group sessions or progress reviews. I am able to email my tutor any queries or concerns which I feel is a massive convenience. The support I am receiving is great.
I feel my qualification will reflect the skills I will have managed to obtain through the programme and they will only benefit me to progress further and perform better as I develop.
Not to my knowledge.
Yes
Great company to work for, alongside great colleagues who will make you feel welcome and mould in quickly and get up to speed with their duties.
Take in to account how good of an opportunity it will be to work for Vertu.
