Customer tele-relations advisor - providing excellent customer service to a large number of customers, whilst remaining professional and abiding by company policies also.
I feel this role has developed me a lot personally, i feel i am a lot better with talking to different people both on the phone and in person.
I found the programme useful and relevant to the role, however i found the programme very easy. I feel this would be because this was only a level 2 qualification that i completed.
I would say i feel valued by Santander as they provide me with lots of opportunities and benefits. I also like the fact that you get a 6-monthly bonus.
I think the programme i took was very well organised by [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] the assessor. He organised monthly visits which were very useful and I felt this helped me complete my programme more quickly
I found my training provider [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was very useful. I think with his support it made the programme much much easier, i really enjoyed having [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] as my assesor.
Santander helped me within my programme by allowing me to have off phone time to complete work that was set for me, and also to have meeting with [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] my NVQ assesor.
I feel the salary should be higher, however i'm sure this is something that is brought up a lot. For the knowledge and importance of our role, i definitely feel the wage should be increased.
I find there are lots of opportunities outside of work, however with the opportunities outside of work it is simply brand new to each individual whereas different opportunities in Santander is just an internal transfer.
Yes
I feel Santander is a good company to work for, however i would mention that for the role that we do i feel like we do not get paid enough. As this is very important to our customers.
The best tip i would give to my friends that are applying is just be yourself and be confident because banking could be the industry suited for you.
