On a day to day basis I will go to college to work on my practical skills in the workshop or go to theory lessons to learn the theory side.
Yes I have learnt lots of new skills whilst working such as being able to wire up a circuit. I have also learnt many skills such as communication ones as I wasn’t the best communicator in the past
I really enjoy my program as a came from school and I much prefer working, I enjoy it because it is something I am interested in and want to learn more about each day
I would the the programme is well organised and structured because there is a clear view of how our future looks and what the expectations are
We receive some support from the employer but I feel as if we could receive more
We receive some support from the training provider however I believe it would benefit us more if they gave us more support
I feel my qualification has helped me person better in this role as I have been taught how to do my job well
Yes there are many different extra curricular activities that we can join and sign up for such as litter picking
Yes
I would recommend BAE systems because they are known to be one of the best training providers in the North West
I would say go for it because once you are working here you will not regret it
