In my everyday role I fabricate pipes so they are ready to be fitted and then I fit them.
I would say I have learnt a lot of new skills that I didn’t have before I came into the business
I enjoy doing my programme when I am in the workshop however I less enjoy the classroom side of it
I would say it is decently organised however there is some parts of it that haven’t been organised in the past
If you needed support from your employer then they would definitely give you what you needed
I would say you recieve a decent amount of support however they could do a little bit more to focus on you
There is some activities that the company do to help the community
Yes
I know a lot of people who work here including my self and it is a good place to be working as if you behave and do what your meant to do it’s a job for life
I would say just be professional at all times as Bae is a professional company
