    3/10

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • A lot of learning and research to do, hard to apply to your role, the degree thinks you have a lot of creativity but big corporate companies who can afford these apprenticeships are highly bureaucratic

    2/10

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Good to speak to other apprentices who work in different businesses, and hearing shared experiences, but the course programme is repetitive and de motivating by year 3

    2/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Poor, no overarching ‘year lead’ tutors join and leave the business regularly aswell as skills coaches, I had to re sit a module once and they gave me a resit date 2 weeks before submission as they didn’t load me on to the right module

    2/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Line manager was poor, too stretched in their role, senior PM did a lot of the leg work for me to support me,

    4/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • More as they years have gone by, but believe this is due to the course being announced to cease mid way through my apprenticeship

    3/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    3/10
