Management of Contracts including all aspects of reporting, payments, correspondence
I’ve learned so many new skills. Running the apprenticeship alongside working in the industry means I can put my learning in to action and feel I’ve learned so much better this way
I’ve found it extremely interesting and rewarding.
I feel it’s very well structured and covers all aspects of what the job entails
I’ve never once asked my employer for help and heard “I haven’t got time” as a reply. They are always available to help me through anything, give advice and explain anything I’m unsure of
I’ve had huge support from my programme leader, they are always available if I have any questions or need any help with anything
I feel it helps hugely. It’s good to learn the academic side alongside the practical in my role
There are always networking events through work, as well as social events and team building
Yes
I’d absolutely recommend Balfour Beatty to a friend. They incest in their staff and I’ve never worked for a company where I’ve felt so cared about and supported
Go for it, it’s a great company to work for. Never be afraid of asking for any progression within the company as they are very invested in progressing their staff
