    • I am learning and development everyday whether it is gaining new skill or developing existing ones

    • I really enjoy it everyday I look forward to learning something new

    • My programme is very well organised and very helpful it allows me to have space to work in the workshop but also a 3 week block every other month to go to collage to be more in depth with learning.

    • Whenever I need help they are straight on it to help.

    • My skills coach is tells us he is available everyday and if I ever need him just to call.

    • I feel asif I am developing faster through their programme do to the variety of tools they offer

    • Yes

    • They always put you first and push you for development and give opportunities that others wouldn’t.

    • Just go for it they will make sure that you can develop
