Diagnosing and repairing vehicles
I am learning and development everyday whether it is gaining new skill or developing existing ones
I really enjoy it everyday I look forward to learning something new
My programme is very well organised and very helpful it allows me to have space to work in the workshop but also a 3 week block every other month to go to collage to be more in depth with learning.
Whenever I need help they are straight on it to help.
My skills coach is tells us he is available everyday and if I ever need him just to call.
I feel asif I am developing faster through their programme do to the variety of tools they offer

They always put you first and push you for development and give opportunities that others wouldn’t.
Just go for it they will make sure that you can develop
