Rotated around several different areas of the business (including: Project Management, Programme Management Office, and Contract Management).
Skills developed include communication, stakeholder management, business finance, negotiation, presentation skills, managing & leading people, project management.
I have enjoyed rotating around different areas of the business and experiencing a wide range of roles. This has allowed me to gain a wide range of skills, and work with a range of stakeholders.
My scheme has been structured in to four 12 month rotations. I have 20% study time each week which is designated for my university studies. Overall it has been well structured.
I have been supported over the course of my rotations with understanding and performing the role. I have also been supported with my studies and research for QA when needed.
Support from training provider includes weekly lectures, drop in sessions for assignments, an academic support team, as well as support from a skills coach.
I have been able to put learning from lectures and uni sessions in to practice, recognising key theories and feeding this in to my assignment.
Extra-curricular activities include: social events, future careers networking, supplier networking events

I have been able to learn and develop key skills and knowledge from rotating round the business. I have received coaching from experts in the field, and have been able to apply this to day-to-day activities.
