  • I generally enjoy my programme but it can be frustrating at times when I feel I am being limited by the title "apprentice"

  • It is generally well structured but it is difficult to get answers/resolutions if the problem is not something they deal with day to day.

  • I think it is very good knowledge and theory to underpin work in my role, but it is sometimes a bit irrelevant due to the specialisations in our company
