Excel, presentation, PowerPoint, sociability, networking, data consolidation.
I love the programme and had made lots of valuable friendships and working relationships
It is very well structured- a 3 year course split up into 3 rotations (1 per year)
Bt is very supportive. From the early careers te check ins and the daily calls with my line manager I feel very heard and supported.
ARU keeps us regularly updated and we are in person once a month. Given majority is online the lecturers are very responsive to emails and any questions.
The content I learn can be applied to my role and different roles in the workplace and my assignments often link to BT.
There is a monthly social activity for my floor of work. And there is volunteering days and networking events that are optional to attend.
