Product Manager Review

I provide Technical Support to both internal staff and external customers. I also work on large projects and specifications. On top of this I help in the development of products, including product improvement, VAVE and introducing new products to our offering.

I have learnt many new skills which have benefitted my job role and me personally. Particular important have been management and communication techniques as well as time management and planning.

I thoroughly enjoy my programme. My tutor is both knowledgeable and supportive. I have been particular happy with how the programme has aligned with my job role.

The programme is very well structured with constant communication.

I receive plenty of support from my employer, both in providing time and mentoring throughout the course.

The training provider has been extremely supportive throughout the course.

The qualification has helped me greatly to perform my role, especially as I step more into a new role. It has provided both knowledge and techniques which I have used on many occasions.
