I have developed a lot of new skills since joining the business as a graduate. These include line management skills such as coaching and providing feedback; as well as presenting and communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
I have really enjoyed my programme, It has been great reflecting back from when I first started and seeing how much I have learnt and how far I have developed.
oining through the early talent program, there is a big support network around me. This includes support from a mentor, a buddy, a line manager, as well as the early talent community.
I receive lots of support from my training provider and they are always happy to help if I need anything.
I am often putting what I have learnt through the qualification into practice - this has enabled me to be better equipped to perform in my role.
In terms of networks, there are a number of different Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion networks to get involved with such as Women in Leadership and the Disability network.
