Organise the workload with the engineers within service centre. Liaison with the customer end user and various entities of business, for example supply chain, higher management, projects, asset hire team, customer service, HR.
I have learnt that all modules on this apprenticeship interlink. I have latched on to the emotional intelligence part and even use it within my personal life.
I like having the initial lesson on a module and then going away to study further to boost the knowledge. I use the analogy - the initial lesson plants the seed and then the tree will grow with the extra necessary elements ( the further research in this case).
I feel the program is organised in a way that suits my way of learning and my job role.
I have very supportive manager who has completed a ILM L5 in leadership and management, so they understand how it all works. They also model a good approach to business that is encouraging to watch and learn from.
My tutor is encouraging and supportive and I enjoy the lessons provided.
I feel i have tried to engage everything learned on this course with my day today workload and personal life.
There is an up and coming apprentice wellbeing and activities week being planned. I have put my name down for a day to attend. This is fairly new territory with the business. if all is success i feel that it should be encouraged with all employees.
Yes
I have had a positive experience with my journey so far and would recommend on this basis
If successful in securing a place, don't delay your engagement in wanting to learn make it a priority in your daily routine. Don't just rely on others to hand you the key to your knowledge and experiences. Basically you have to put the effort in!
