yes
I am really enjoying my programme and excited to continue learning.
The programme is very well structured and offers a clean way to continue your development with development sessions and help.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and I am confident that if i ever need more support that i would be helped
I am unsure who my training provider is. If this would be the emerging talent team I feel they have supported everyone a lot with their training days.
The emerging talent team provides knowledge of how to stay motivated and how to be professional and inclusive in work. As well as the relevant health and safety training.
There are many extra-curricular activities like sports, professional or groups that have been advertised to be involved in work that I am yet to join but will soon.
Yes
It has been a great place to be so far
You do not have to know anything when starting and the people around you will always be happy to help you learn and support you.
