I am often involved in a lot of project work, so my day-to-day roles and responsibilities often change. Lots of my role surrounds data and data cleaning. I also write lots of emails that are sent out to our leadership team and create one-pagers with updates and reminders for the business.
I have developed my excel skills by learning new formulas and tricks to utilise my time more efficiently. I've also gained experience in how to work in a corporate environment.
I enjoy the programme, however sometimes my apprenticeship tasks do not align with my work
I have monthly coaching sessions for my apprenticeship and I meet with my manager often to discuss my workload and new projects.
Unilever provides lots of support for me.
At the beginning of the apprenticeship I didn't feel as though I received that much support from Multiverse, however since my coach has changed I feel more supported.
I think that my qualification allows me to pick up skills I wouldn't necessarily in my day-to-day role, meaning I have a wider range of skills at my disposal to help me throughout my tasks.
There are lots of social activities at my work.
Yes
Lots of opportunity, lots of development and learning and great experience
