My role involves investigating a wide range of customer queries, including logistics issues, brand queries and resolving them using a varied amount of systems and collaboration with different teams.
Yes 100%. Being in customer care has definitely expanded my skillset. I am more organised, and my confidence has grown through being given opportunities to collaborate with several different teams. Project management was also a part of my qualification, so I have also had the opportunity to present.
I receive amazing support always - I am always given time out to complete my apprentice tasks and I am encouraged to take the time out.
It really helps as mentioned earlier within this review, I have developed my confidence with having to run a project, therefore developing me during my role.
Yes there are apprentice/intern networking events which are really good.
Yes
It is an amazing place to work, I have met some like-minded people, and I have really been pushed out of my comfort zone. It is a rewarding and exciting work place full of opportunity.
100% be yourself, be ready to develop/learn new skills !!
