I handle a wide range of human resources duties with responsibilities such as internal recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits , policy enforcement, and payroll. I serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters and ensure that the organisation's HR functions run smoothly.

It is not very well structured, it feels messy at times and lacking in structure as some of the group workshops subject matters are facilitated at different times compared to assignment tasks.
