In my role i complete a wide range of tasks on a day to day basis. This includes tasks such as banking, invoicing new and used cars, completing refunds and payment requests, ensuring deals are archived and all documents are uploaded. Overall each day presents new challenges and tasks, which keeps the job enjoyable.
Since starting my apprenticeship with LSP and JCT600 i believe i have both learnt and developed some skills. For example a new skill which i have took on is communication skills ie emails and calls which i engage in every day. As well as this i have developed existing skills such as organisation and time management.
Since starting my Apprenticeship i have thoroughly enjoyed the learning which i have took part in. In my opinion the set up of the group sessions are very effective and engaging. My tutor delivers high quality interactive sessions which is great as this allows me to understand the content we are covering, enabling me to complete the assignments set.
I believe that the programme is very well structured. The monthly group sessions are a good constant to have and i believe that they are delivered to a high standard. I also like how we have a good amount of time allocated to complete this work which allows me to take time to ensure the quality of my work is up to standard.
In my opinion I receive a decent level of support from my employers, other then meetings my work or progress for my apprenticeship is not really discussed.
In my opinion i receive a brilliant level of support from LSP and my tutor. Whenever i have needed support with my work or any general questions i have been able to speak to my tutor and receive replies within good time which i really appreciate and find helpful in my progress of working towards my qualifications.
I believe that my qualification is teaching me valuable skills and tools which i find myself using now and again in my job role. For example one of the modules which we have ongoing now is all about project management. I am currently orchestrating a project which i am completing to improve a aspect of the business and my studies through my qualification are enabling me to do this.
I play football every week with my co workers on a team.
