  • There is no typical day-to-day but usual activities involve hosting routine cadences with senior stakeholders, allowing you to build your personal brand. There are opportunities to do both agile and waterfall project management, which is really strong for your career development.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme offered me rotations, allowing me to get a breadth of experience. I was fortunate enough to work at all three levels of project management: project, programme, portfolio. As a result, I excelled in my assessments.

  • Due to how large BT is, there can be breakdowns of communication and so there have been several occasions where I am unsure about next steps, because my port of call, is unsure on the details.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have struggled to apply my qualification to my day role, due to poor rotational placement therefore I would argue I haven't had a chance to perform better by utilising my qualification.

  • plentiful and I can easily take advantage of them, which I do. As a result, my personal brand is very strong within my CFU and my area.

  • No


  • 9b. Why?
  • BT as a company is fantastic but BT for an apprentice, is unsuitable. The projects are too technical and advanced that a young professional cannot get involved.
