I enjoy the freedom it provides me, the Uni course is engaging and not too intense for your workload. Work is rotational so you never get stuck on a project for too long.
Uni provides open communication in terms of structure, they will set out week by week the topics and you can easily catch up on missed work. At work every 6 months the program will change, this is a set organised process and runs smoothly.
Usually any worries or concerns are covered in a 1 to 1 session, this can be with many of the contacts you're provided with, making you feel heard. These concerns are usually met with compassion and empathy.
Usually when we need time to work on our assignments, we will be given time away from our project responsibilities and allowed to focus on our uni work.
It provides us with a degree without the debt that comes with traditional degrees, reducing the stress related to paying the degree back.
There is a network called the Sports and Social Club which allows you to mingle with people from all offices, which you can pick and choose which events interest you.
