There are a variety of tasks to do each day's such as work delivery on delivery days and then on other days we work stock and face the shelves to make the shop look tidy.
Working has allowed me to further develop skills such as time management and teamwork. It has also allowed me to develop skills such as empathy when communicating with colleagues or customers and has massively helped with my confidence.
I thoroughly enjoy my programme, everyone is extremely helpful in helping me if I need any help and always willing to support me if its needed.
My programme is very structured, I get given specific tasks to complete each month on vault as well as evidence gathering and all work is submitted at the before my next monthly meeting.
My employers are very supportive, they are always support me and they are always willing to support me more if its needed. If I'm ever stuck with my work everyone is more than willing to answer any questions I have.
My training provider is very helpful and is always contactable if needed and will always help me with any questions I may have regarding my work.
Having support in store and through my training provider, has helped me perform better as I know any questions I may have will be answered by either one and overall they allow me to develop my skills.
There aren't any extracurricular activities outside of work, but there are always opportunities to go and support other stores for the day.

Working at Savers has allowed me to develop many skills such as empathy and has allowed me to further develop skills such as time management whilst also helping me massively develop my confidence.
Applying to Savers was very easy and efficient. After applying, I received an interview shortly after. Some advice would be to be confident and go into as much detail as possible when asked questions.
