Work shadowing in the different streamlines of accounting as well as having presentations on each of the different streamlines
I improved my communication skills as I was talking to a wide range of staff from apprentices to partners
I found it extremely useful and interesting
Very well organised. There was a timetable for us to follow and everything ran promptly and as planned
I learned lots about the family atmosphere at RSM
It helped me decided which streamline to go into as well as deciding which firm to apply for my apprenticeship with(I chose to apply to RSM)
I was paid for this work experience.
Lots of opportunities to talk to members of staff in each department as well at each level of seniority
Yes
Seems like a very supportive work culture
