My role involves welcoming and greeting customers, this includes making bonds with customers to gain their loyalty.
Working with Superdrug I have learnt many new skills such as, learning how to gain sales , which will help me for the future. I have also developed my confidence and communication skills.
I extremely enjoy my programme, I definitely enjoy it much more than expected and I love waking up to go to work in a positive, friendly environment.
My programme is very well organised and structured as we all have set tasks from the start of our shifts. This makes us able to be prepared and ready for the day.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, she is always encouraging me and supportive , which helps me a lot in my career.
I always receive a lot of support from my training provider. The feedback I get always pushes me and helps me to become better, this helps me to prepare and concentrate on my feedback to achieve my qualifications.
I feel that my qualification helps me preform better in my role as there are many opportunities and my training provider will always walk me through them to make sure that I am achieving, this helps me be better as a whole and I’m new tasks.
At Superdrug we do charity events/ fundraisers. This includes doing raffles and activities for Marie Curie, which all customers and staff can take part in.
