I enjoy learning more management and hospitality techniques and finding ways to use them in my store
I find that is it very flexible around my needs as working full time and a parent finding a good work/apprentiship/home life balance was key.
I feel that I could be supported better and have a higher level of engagement from upper management to help with learning goals and time for it
My personally apprenticeship teacher is fantastic assess my knowledge base and then works to upskill me that way. He is understanding that I have struggles and finds ways to help motivate me to continue learning.
We have a management party and a crew party once a year but don’t seem to do anything else that would help with team building.
