I manage a team of 8 customer service specialist who support Schools/Centres with exams administration. This is varied support and can be anything from making entries to results.
Yes, I am really focusing on skills that don't necessarily fall within my day to day role, people from other areas of the business are helping me learn these new skills with catch ups.
I really enjoy my programme, it is challenging me to think about how I do things and what changes I can make to work more efficiently.
Very well structured, I have regular masterclasses and I am always fully aware of what is being asked of me.
My employer is very supportive and makes sure that I get all the time that I need.
Good support with regular catch ups and check ins.
Very well.
Not at this time.

I believe that Person fully understands the importance of education and they do all they can to support you. Me being an 'adult learner' I thought that it may come with it's own issues but Pearson have made that not the case and I always feel fully supported.
Don't doubt yourself, you can do it and there is a massive support network out there. One thing I have learned is that anyone that you ask from any area of the business is always happy to help if they can.
